BWF Solicitors wanted a mural that would depict one of their core business which is “Family Disputes” and “Immigration and Asylum”. The mural features a family standing behind a lawyer and before a judge. The family seems to be either on a journey as captured by wife carrying a bag on her head. This is painted in a style that shows the characters in pre-colonial clothes juxtaposing wigs worn by modern lawyers: as passed on by the British. The goal was to paint an image that was both African yet with hints of England as they are located both in the UK and Ghana.
