Returns and Refunds

Except as otherwise provided herein, all products are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable, and sold ‘’As-Is’’. The studio may offer replacements or refunds at our discretion. If we decide to issue a refund for a item, it will be issued once our shippers resolve the claims case and notifies us that is has been closed. The studio is not able to issue refunds after 14 days from delivery date.

Payments Accepted

DELASI KEKELI STUDIO has the following payment methods available: Credit cards (we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB and Union Pay); and local payments (MTN MOBILE MONEY, Airtel Money, Vodafone Cash).

Please not that you are agreeing to pay in full, the prices and all applicable taxes and specified shipping, handling and other fees in relation to your order either by the stated payment methods.

Please note that all payment transactions are subject to verification with the card issuer. Your credit card will be charged only when the order is finalized, and we will not be held responsible for any refusal of a card issuer to authorize the transaction. Furthermore, we conduct standard pre-authorization on the card; Products shall not be shipped until such checks have been performed. Please note that the card issuer may charge a fee or administrative-processing charge; we are not responsible for such expenses.
